We are seeking a passionate and eager Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Gypsy Da Nang. As a key member of our culinary brigade, you will play a vital role in supporting the Chef de Partie and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation:
• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and marinating.  
• Cook and prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards.  
• Maintain the quality and consistency of food preparation.  
• Kitchen Operations:
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.  
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.  
• Support the Chef de Partie in supervising junior kitchen staff.
• Teamwork:
• Collaborate effectively with the Chef de Partie, other kitchen staff, and the wider restaurant team.  
• Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members.
