Responsibilities
• Design and execute automation test strategy.
• Work with testing team to develop automation test plans and test scenarios.
• Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability.
• Communicate directly with English speaking client to get requirement, define working process and testing
approaches.
• Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
• Generate test summary reports for management review.
• Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
• Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures

• More than 5 years of experience in the testing career with 3 years of experience in automation testing.
• Experience in creating and implementing automation test strategies and detailed automation test plans.
• Able to perform effectively & independently and mentor others in software automation testing.
• Has experience in developing test automation for mobile web and application.
• Able to perform work mostly independently with client QA lead to provide automation “service” for projects.
• Good knowledge of software development process Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with testing web-based applications & finance domain is a plus.
• Having Good English skills is an advantage
