MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and manage the community of users, customers, and followers on our App and associated social media channels.
Build and manage community engagement, interact with users across social media platforms, in-app, and other online channels.
Track community growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Minimum 1 year of experience in community management, social media, or a related field.
Good communication skills, a deep understanding of social media trends, passion for fashion and beauty.
Engaging with the audience, listening to their needs, and creating meaningful conversations that enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Experienced community management, social media management, or a related role, preferably in the fashion, beauty, or e-commerce industry.
Experience building and nurturing online communities and managing social media accounts.
