Manpower management
- Understand the regulations applicable to the staff regarding uniforms, manners, and working shifts
- Understand SAP system management work shifts: target shift plan, fix SAP errors
- Ensure a reasonable arrangement of shifts for opening, closing store, balancing
- Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily works.
- Be responsible for General Staff’s performance.
Cash management
- Manage cash, sold tape, voucher
- Check sales, shortage money, payment
- Do report as the accounting rule
- Implementation arrangements Balancing as company rules
- Receive shortage & excess money from cashier to balance the system
- Balance invoices to ensure correct data
Receipt management
- Collect COD, deposit, excess money of cashiers and report, do not let the situation of loss happen.
- Find and fix the cause if there is a receipt related problem
- Ensure storage all document as company rules
Other tasks
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Division Leader
- Support open & close store
