The Head of Production is the orchestrator of House of Legends' entire artistic ecosystem. They oversee everything that happens on stage — shows, co-productions, workshops, classes, private events — and ensure the weekly calendar never has an empty slot. They manage independent producers, coordinate artistic and technical teams, and guarantee the quality of every production.  —  Trưởng Sản Xuất là người điều phối toàn bộ hệ sinh thái nghệ thuật của House of Legends. Họ giám sát tất cả những gì lên sân khấu — show, hợp tác sản xuất, workshop, lớp học, sự kiện riêng tư — và đảm bảo lịch hàng tuần không bao giờ trống.

Production Management  /  Quản lý Sản xuất

• Oversee everything on stage without exception: shows, co-productions, workshops, classes, private events   Giám sát tất cả mọi thứ lên sân khấu không ngoại lệ
• Manage the weekly programming calendar — ensure no slot remains empty   Quản lý lịch lập trình hàng tuần — đảm bảo không có khe trống
• Be the main point of contact for all independent producers   Là đầu mối liên lạc chính cho tất cả các nhà sản xuất độc lập
• Anticipate risks (missing artists, incomplete casting) and provide proactive solutions   Dự đoán rủi ro và đưa ra giải pháp chủ động
• Enforce the golden rule: no date confirmed without a complete written and approved cast   Thực thi quy tắc: không xác nhận ngày nào nếu chưa có danh sách nghệ sĩ đầy đủ bằng văn bản

Artists & Casting  /  Nghệ sĩ & Casting

• Build and maintain an active roster of minimum 15 qualified artists   Xây dựng và duy trì danh sách tối thiểu 15 nghệ sĩ đủ điều kiện
• Actively source artists in Đà Nẵng and Central Vietnam   Tích cực tìm kiếm nghệ sĩ tại Đà Nẵng và miền Trung Việt Nam
• Prepare artist contracts and financial proposals for Founder approval   Chuẩn bị hợp đồng nghệ sĩ và đề xuất tài chính để Founder phê duyệt
• Lead rehearsals and validate artistic quality before each premiere   Dẫn dắt buổi tập và xác nhận chất lượng nghệ thuật trước mỗi buổi ra mắt

Coordination & Reporting  /  Phối hợp & Báo cáo

• Brief the sound/lighting technician before each show   Briefing kỹ thuật viên âm thanh/ánh sáng trước mỗi show
• Produce post-show reports and feed the CRM system   Lập báo cáo sau show và cập nhật hệ thống CRM
• Coordinate with Floor Manager and Marketing Manager   Phối hợp với Floor Manager và Marketing Manager

• Base salary: 12,000,000 VND (probation) → 15,000,000 VND (confirmed)

  Lương cơ bản: 12.000.000 VND (thử việc) → 15.000.000 VND (xác nhận)

• Monthly commission up to 20,000,000 VND based on KPIs

  Hoa hồng hàng tháng lên đến 20.000.000 VND theo KPI
• KPIs: average occupancy rate, show quality, active roster, zero casting incidents   KPI: tỷ lệ lấp đầy, chất lượng show, roster hoạt động, không có sự cố casting
• Probation: 1 month at 85% of base salary   Thử việc: 1 tháng ở mức 85% lương cơ bản
• House of Legends uniform provided   Đồng phục House of Legends được cung cấp
• Internal training on processes and House of Legends standards   Đào tạo nội bộ về quy trình và tiêu chuẩn

• Minimum 5 years of experience in events, live entertainment or performing arts — mandatory   Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm tổ chức sự kiện, nghệ thuật biểu diễn — bắt buộc
• Established artist network in Đà Nẵng or Central Vietnam — strong asset   Mạng lưới nghệ sĩ tại Đà Nẵng hoặc miền Trung — lợi thế lớn
• Fluent English mandatory — international artists and producers   Tiếng Anh lưu loát bắt buộc
• Rigorous, organized, capable of managing multiple simultaneous productions   Cẩn thận, có tổ chức, quản lý nhiều sản xuất cùng lúc
• Mandatory presence at every show — evenings and weekends   Bắt buộc có mặt tại mọi buổi diễn — tối và cuối tuần
