MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Conduct product development and engineering work for Asian and global markets through a Stage Gate process. Finalize product concepts, prepare technical specification sheets, product test plans, cost analysis, conduct product-tests, lead their certification processes and update internal test standards.
Prepare drawings of 2D, 3D drawings.
Facilitate meetings, prepare documents, plan engineering related tasks
Test our new products and competitor products to report competitive analysis. Conduct cost benchmarking studies to reduce our product cost
Provide timely support to the commercial team about product information inquiries and quality complaints

Minimum Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical and mechatronics
Minimum three years’ experience of product development.
Fluent in English
Understanding of the Stage Gate process
2D, 3D drawings capabilities, FMEA, root cause analysis
Positive mindsets to seek change and embrace the challenges without fear of failure even in the ambiguous situation
Ability to work globally
Preferred
Professional experience in the fittings space or similar industries will be greatly preferred.
Chinese communication skills
Passion to work with people from different backgrounds and to support the team with the ownership mindset to solve problems by herself/himself
Willingness to use new digital tools as well as strong skills of traditional tools such as Excel and Powerpoint
