- Handle the operational milestones from receipt of booking through to completion and closing of the job;
- Responsible for file closure on time as per deadlines set forth by management;
- Coordinate with the relevant parties to ensure timely follow-up on bookings, documentation, shipment milestones and any pending actions;
- Maintain regular communication and follow up on outstanding operational matters;
- Prepare and send RFPs either via email or through the designated system;
- Follow up with the relevant teams/agents for rates and responses;
- Ensure submissions are completed accurately and within the required timelines;
