- Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, coffee, and other specialty drinks
- Ensure all drinks are made according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner; make drink recommendations when needed
- Prepare bar station before service (stocking, setting up glassware and ingredients)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor inventory and report low-stock items to the supervisor
- Follow hygiene and safety regulations
- Support service team when necessary and assist in closing procedures
