1. Administration and operations:
• Be the spa’s go-to person: Manage, organize and coordinate work according to the responsibilities and procedures of each department
• Master the tasks and working procedures of each department’s positions. Inspect, supervise and urge personnel to fully and seriously comply with the spa’s procedures, regulations and standards.
• Directly handle issues that arise in daily operations at the spa (including: facility issues, handling customer situations, etc.)
• Representative to contact and handle partnerships and local government relationships that have a direct impact on the spa’s operations.
• Ensure spa business operations.
2. Training, management, supervision and evaluation of personnel
• Coordinate and participate in personnel recruitment and evaluate input of knowledge, skills and experience according to recruitment requirements
• Participate in direct training of knowledge and professional skills according to the assigned major.Participate in periodic personnel assessments, or make unexpected reports as required.
• Proactively review, evaluate, and propose improvement solutions to improve work efficiency and service quality.
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the entire Spa
• Work closely with the Spa Manager to lead and develop the Spa and team
• Maintain high levels of standards at all times.
