1. HR Operations & Data Management
Execute the full employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding (including contracts, P-Files, attendance, and leave management). Maintain and optimize the HRIS to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information.
2. Statutory Compliance & Documentation
- Perform statutory procedures related to Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax (PIT).
- Prepare and process legal documentation for expatriates, including Work Permits (WP) and Temporary Residence Cards (TRC).
- Support the coordination of documents and dossiers for internal and external HR audits.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with local regulations and internal policies.
3. Payroll & People Cost Management
- Handle administrative tasks for HR financial operations, such as data gathering for inter-cross-charging.
- Assist in people’s cost analytics and provide data for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development.
- Track actual HR expenditures against the approved budget to support financial monitoring.
