- Assist in conducting market research and segmentation to identify new prospects/ markets/ sectors for business development.
- Set up prospective customers and gather intelligence on relevant information.
- Discuss rates/ pricing quotes with customers while emphasizing EFL’s customer service levels and operational capabilities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing customers.
- Review, monitor and ensure consistent business volumes from key accounts/ customers at the branch.
- Assist in exploring opportunities to service new trade lanes and cross sell appropriate EFL products/ services (e.g., Customs Brokerage, Air/ Sea Exports).
- Assist in resolving all customer complaints and operational issues; Escalate issues with concerned Product teams as required.
- And other tasks from the board of management.
