MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Gypsy Da Nang. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of a specific section of our menu (e.g., appetizers, desserts, pasta, etc.) ensuring high-quality dishes are consistently prepared and presented to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Execution:
    • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
    • Ensure the consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
    • Assist in menu development and testing of new dishes.
  • Kitchen Operations:
    • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
    • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
    • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
    • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
    • Assist with the supervision of kitchen staff during service.
  • Teamwork:
    • Collaborate effectively with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other kitchen staff.
    • Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members.
    • Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Guest Satisfaction:
    • Ensure guest satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality food and service.
    • Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong culinary skills, including knife skills, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow.
